Creating a MobiCharge account is simple. Click on the "Register" button at the top of the page, fill in your personal details, create a password, and agree to our terms of service. Once you've completed these steps, your account will be created instantly, and you can start using our services right away.

If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Login" button, then select "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. For security reasons, the reset link is valid for 24 hours only.

Yes, you can update your personal information at any time. After logging into your account, go to the "Profile" section where you can edit your name, email address, phone number, and other details. Please ensure that your contact information is always up-to-date to receive important notifications about your account and transactions.

Recharge Related

Most recharges are processed instantly. Once your payment is confirmed, the recharge amount is credited to your mobile number immediately. However, during peak times or in case of network issues, it might take up to 15 minutes. If your recharge is not processed within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

MobiCharge supports all major mobile operators in the UAE, including Etisalat, Du, Virgin Mobile, and Swyp. We're constantly working to expand our services to include more operators and provide comprehensive coverage for all mobile users in the UAE.

Yes, the minimum recharge amount is AED 5, and the maximum amount is AED 1,000 per transaction. These limits are in place to ensure security and comply with financial regulations.
